The records of the Juvenile Magistrate and the Juvenile Probation Department have, in the past, been furnished to military recruiters when authorized by the execution of a waiver by the subject juvenile.

This practice was discontinued pursuant to N.R.S. 62G.070, 62G.170, and 62G.370.
